Sporting a Panama hat ... that was made in Ecuador ... Charlie Sheen hit the streets of Colombia this week ... and generously gave a homeless man a 2000 PESO NOTE!!!!Unfortunately, the Colombian peso isn't as strong as the dollar these days ... not even close ... so 2,000p is only worth about $1.03.
Still, it's the thought that counts, right?
